In Sword Master Story, you can set whether or not to automatically use the skills of the entire party by using the [A] button on the top right of the battle screen.
You can also set whether or not to automatically use the skills of each character by sliding the character portrait.
If you do not want to automatically use the skills of a hero in a specific location, touch the portrait of that hero on the battle screen and slide down.
